When an approved hotel collection is connected, its button opens a secure Fora bookable quote. Review the listed hotels, current room rate, dates, guests and cancellation terms there. Identity verification may be required. Payment is handled through that route by the payment provider displayed at checkout. Your confirmation identifies the reservation and its reference.

Experiences through Viator or GetYourGuide.

An available experience button opens the named partner’s listing. Select the date, travelers and option, then check its full total and exact cancellation deadline before paying. The booking platform handles payment and confirmation. Instant confirmation, delayed payment and free cancellation apply only when the selected option states them.

Separate purchases. Clear totals.

A hotel and an experience are separate bookings, with separate charges and confirmations. Bougie does not collect one combined package payment for these partner routes. The public pages do not quote a fixed live price without a connected supplier feed. Current prices are displayed on the named checkout page.

Changes, cancellations and support.

Use the booking reference and support instructions in your confirmation. Cancellation deadlines, refund eligibility and change costs come from the rate or listing you accepted. Bougie helps you reach the correct provider, checks records where account access allows and resolves website issues. Bougie does not promise a refund outside the provider’s terms or 24/7 support.

Eligible refundable hotel rates.

Fora’s Price Drop tool monitors eligible refundable Portal bookings and alerts the advisor when its thresholds are met. The advisor still needs to check availability, cancellation deadlines and any costs before arranging a lower rebooking. An alert is not an automatic refund, guaranteed saving or a blanket promise for every hotel listed here.

How Bougie is paid.

Bougie may earn a supplier commission or affiliate payment on eligible completed travel under the applicable program terms. It is not a guarantee of commission on every click. The partner price is controlled by that provider. Bougie cannot automatically discount a Fora, Viator or GetYourGuide rate.

Transfers, guides and travel protection.

A tailored itinerary prices transfers and private guides as explicit lines, with the local operator, inclusions, cancellation rules and support contact confirmed before you pay. Travel protection is offered only through an authorized provider with its own policy terms and disclosures; no insurance cover is automatic.

Flights on Bougie.

The flight section shows the current connection status. When live booking is active, search connected inventory, select a fare and review one total including supplier taxes and Bougie curation. The fare is rechecked before embedded Stripe payment. A changed price, baggage allowance or fare rule requires a new review before payment. Stripe collects card details directly. Bougie then pays the airline supplier from its separately funded account. A payment receipt alone is not an airline confirmation.

If a paid fare expires or the airline definitively declines it, the full customer charge enters the refund process. An uncertain supplier response requires reconciliation before another booking or refund. Fare rules govern voluntary changes and cancellations. Airfare remains separate from hotel sample totals.

Car rentals through an approved referral.

An active car button names DiscoverCars before opening its approved booking link. Review the rental supplier, pickup rules, driver requirements, deposit, included coverage, exclusions and cancellation policy there. DiscoverCars handles checkout and confirmation. Car rentals are separate purchases. Affiliate commission depends on eligible completed rentals and verified tracking.

Your card stays with the payment provider.

Travel payments use the approved supplier or host payment route. Bougie forms do not request card numbers, card photographs or bank login details. A planning-fee invoice is a separate, specifically accepted service payment.

Optional custom planning.

A separate custom planning engagement follows the published planning-fee and credit policy. No planning fee is automatically added to partner bookings. A form or consultation is not inserted between an available partner offer and checkout.

What is available today?

Only connected and reviewed booking links appear as available. An opening-soon destination, suggested experience, sample itinerary or planning estimate is not bookable inventory. Supplier accounts and booking paths must be approved and tested before links are activated.
